SUMMARY:NV: Northern Sierra Trek
DESCRIPTION:Join the SCCA Reno Region for our Northern Sierra Trek\, a non-competitive driving event as we travel through the Northern Sierra Nevada Mountains! We will start at Automotion in Reno\, then Truckee\, then Downieville\, and end at Nevada City. \n\n\n\nNOTE: This trek occurs on public roads. All traffic laws are to be followed\, including speed limits. Speed contests are prohibited. \n\n\n\nTentative Schedule:8:00 AM – Meetup at Automotion (near Grand Sierra Resort)8:30 AM – Departing for Truckee\, CA9:30 AM – Truckee meetup at Donner Party Picnic Park11:00 AM – Downieville stop at 114 Main St.12:00 PM – End of Trek. Optional Lunch at Three Forks Brewery & Bakery (Nevada City). Bring extra quarters for parking meters!
