Tyler Linner and his father Eric Linner of Sealed Beam Rally Team have been doing last minute preparations to Tyler’s 1963 Chevy Corvair. The car got an electronic ignition conversion last week and just today was treated to a front brake job and new front springs. In addition the stock “bucket” seats, which feel more like two small “davenports,” are being replaced by Honda Prelude Si units…matching the blue interior, of course.

This will be Tyler’s third POR and Eric’s second. The team won their first rally together earlier this year at Summer Classic and are hoping the Corvair has what it takes to beat the other Land O Lakes Region G-class entries once again. They are also excited to rally against another Corvair for the first time! Tyler’s Corvair repair business Sealed Beam Service LLC is sponsoring their entry so he hopes to be of assistance if any vintage cars have issues during the rally.
