SUMMARY:OH: Tiptoe Thru the Tulips III Road Rally
DESCRIPTION:Join the SCCA Cincinnati Region on Saturday\, April 22nd\, for their Tiptoe Through the Tulips III Road Rally. A road rally is traversed over public roads within the legal speed limit. The challenge is following the route and answering as many questions as possible. A separate\, non-competitive\, question-free option is not available for this drive.  \n\n\n\nGet out and enjoy a drive through Southwestern Ohio/Eastern Indiana. \n\n\n\nPre-registration is strongly encouraged to ensure a place. The cost for the event is $35\, with a discount of $15\, if at least one person in the car is a current SCCA member. \n\n\n\nThe Tiptoe Through the Tulips III schedule is as follows: \n\n\n\n   9:00 AM – Registration and Check-in opens   9:30 AM – Safety Meeting (approximate time)   9:45 AM – Depart (approximate time)   1:45 PM – Could arrive at endpoint (approximate time)   2:30 PM – Must be at the endpoint to be scored and awarded points \n\n\n\nGeneral Instructions will be available at on-site registration/check-in. Entry fees are $20.00 per team plus a $15 Weekend Membership fee unless at least one team member is an SCCA member. \n\n\n\nRefer to Road Rally 101 for basic information on the Cincinnati Region Road Rally program and what to expect on the 22nd. \n\n\n\nHead to our official Registration site\, MotorsportReg\, or click here for more information. SUMMARY:OH: Delusional Drive to Daly Rd Road Rally
DESCRIPTION:Join us for an afternoon of Dashing thru Northern Hamilton County from Fairfield to Mt. Healthy to New Baltimore\, along city streets and county roads on the Delusional Drive to Daly Rd Road Rally. This is an easy\, fun rally of 100 miles\, and as many questions to keep you and your Navigator awake searching for the clues to the answers. There will also be a set of EZ Instructions for those who would rather just enjoy the drive. The search is on for Daly Rd. When you see it\, you’ll need to mark it down for extra points\, or should I say for extra credit\, as the idea is to have the least number of points\, not the most. We should finish up starting about 2:30\, meeting afterward for food and beverages and scoring at Rick’s Tavern next door. \n\n\n\nPre-registration is strongly encouraged to ensure a place and to facilitate social distancing at on-site check-in. The cost for the event is $30\, with a discount available if at least one person in the car is a current SCCA member. \n\n\n\nA road rally is traversed over public roads within the legal speed limit. This is a GTA aka Game/Tour/Adventure Rally\, with no calculations necessary. The challenge is to follow the route and answer as many questions as possible. The Rally Master is Jim Knepper. \n\n\n\nChoose your option for this event and sign up for one of these options: \n\n\n\n(1) the competitive route instructions will include questions to be answered in order to score and determine the winner. The points earned will be counted for the Regional Championship. Some of the route directions will require some decision-making\, but there are no intentional traps.  \n\n\n\n(2) or if you prefer to join us for a fun drive with no scoring or prizes\, you can choose the Drive Instructions. The route is the same for both options\, but the fun drive will have explicit instructions to make it very difficult to get off course. \n\n\n\nThe schedule is: \n\n\n\n  9:00 AM – Registration and Check-in opens 10:15 AM – Safety Meeting (approximate time) 10:30 AM – Depart (approximate time)   2:30 PM – Could arrive at endpoint (approximate time)   3:30 PM – Must be at endpoint in order to be scored and awarded points \n\n\n\nFollowing COVID-19 protocols at the time\, we expect to be socializing after the event. If you do not feel comfortable meeting as a group\, your answer sheet can be picked up from you in the parking lot.
