Twenty teams competed in the 53rd anniversary of Cascade Sports Car Club’s classic Mountains to the Sea Road Rally. This year’s rally, held over the August 4-5th weekend, started in northwest Portland at Dealers Supply, with a beach party in Seaside Saturday night, then finished back in the metro area Sunday afternoon. This beginner level time-speed-distance road rally explored some of western Oregon’s most scenic back roads.

Congratulations to the winning team of Ann Olewnik and Jim Crittenden. They won Cascade Sports Car Club’s 2018 Mountains to the Sea Rally in a 2017 Tesla Model S100D, which they drove from their home in Wisconsin, winning them the farthest distance traveled category as well. Congratulations!
