SUMMARY:CA: Cal Club First Friday Niter Social Roadrally
DESCRIPTION:It is time for the First Friday Niter Road Rally of 2024\, sanctioned by The SCCA\, Cal Club Region\, and the Santa Monica Sports Car Club\, and it starts off with Rallymaster Joanna Weissen\, who is taking us on her annual tour of Christmas lights. We are traveling primarily in Burbank this year with some Glendale thrown in. There are lots of lights\, including a couple of displays with synchronized music (if they are still up – cross your fingers). The rally ends at the IHOP at 913 N San Fernando Blvd\, Burbank\, CA 91504\, 818-842-8622. \n\n\n\nThis rally uses the Richta GPS Competitor app for timing and scoring\, with timing in seconds. This month’s maximum penalty is 30 seconds (one-half minute) per leg. The app is FREE and easy to use on any GPS-enabled smartphone. Go to the App Store\, Google Play Store\, or https://richtarally.com/. There is no need for additional timing equipment or clocks – your Official Time shows in the app!  \n\n\n\nIf you want to see all the scores at the Finish\, download the FREE Richta Scoreboard app. \n\n\n\nPlease try to register online here on MotorSportReg. If that doesn’t work for you\, you can still register in person at the start. We start at the Bank of America rear lot; in-person registration opens at 7:00 PM\, with the first car out at 8:01 PM; there is a beginner/Richta meeting at 7:40 PM. SUMMARY:NY: Long Way Home Road Rally
DESCRIPTION:It is once again time to enjoy the winter roads of the Southern Tier with the Finger Lakes Region’s 2024 Winter Rally Series. Long Way Home is the first rally of the series and consists of approximately 160 competitive miles using mostly unpaved roads in the New York Southern Tier. \n\n\n\nEntry fees are $45/car + $15 for Weekend Membership if one team member in the car is not an SCCA member. There is a 35 car limit\, so pre-registration is recommended.
