SUMMARY:PA: Pittsburg Vintage Grand Prix Kick-Off Rallye
DESCRIPTION:You don’t have to be a racer or have experience in a rally competition to enjoy our Kick-Off Rallye and help us kick off the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix. \n\n\n\nAny car enthusiast can register for a fun but competitive mystery course that will test your driving\, navigational\, and trivia skills through the Pittsburgh countryside. Paul MacIntyre and Chuck Larouere are excited to explore the backroads north and east of Pittsburgh. Smokey Bones in Pittsburgh Mills will be our sponsor and host restaurant. \n\n\n\nThe Rallye starts and ends at Smokey Bones. As the cars return to Pittsburgh Mills\, the Rallye concludes with a party and awards at Smokey Bones\, where participants receive a complimentary lunch and dessert at Smokey Bones.  All for fun and the support of our charities! \n\n\n\nChuck Larouere is returning as Rallyemaster in 2021\, bringing the latest technology with him. We will utilize Richta Rally so all competitors can download the app for free\, and it automatically acknowledges as you pass the electronic checkpoints. No volunteers are required on the course\, and it’s all touchless! You will know your score and standing while you drive! Now everyone can enjoy participating in the rally; no checkpoints crews are required. Just like magic! \n\n\n\nInstant Feedback – Your score for each leg is shown to you immediately. \n\n\n\nAutomatic Syncing – All scores and timing information is automatically sent to the rally organizer. \n\n\n\nSchedule on Rally Day \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegistration: 9:30 – 11:00 am and Mandatory Drivers Meeting: 11:00– 11:15 am \n\n\n\nRallye Cars Start Departing: 11:31 am (one each minute) \n\n\n\nDinner & Awards: Start at 4:30 pm \n\n\n\nRallymaster – Chuck LarouereRallye Chairman – Paul MacIntyreAssistant Chairs – John Kerr and Pete Szymanski \n\n\n\nCost\n\n\n\nThe entry fee for a team of two is $75 and includes entry and meals for two people. Meals for any additional participants can be purchased for only $20 each. \n\n\n\nThe Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix\, presented by the Greater Pittsburgh Automobile Dealers Foundation\, is the nation’s only vintage street race and the largest vintage race event\, spanning 10 days with two race weekends\, a rallye\, car shows\, parties\, parades\, and motorsport events. The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix Association raises funds for autistic and IDD charities\, donating $5.9 million since our founding in 1983. The Kick-Off Rallye has been part of the event for 39 years.

DESCRIPTION:Cascade Sports Car Club’s Saturday Road Rally Series offers beginner-friendly time-speed-distance road rallies\, lasting from three to four hours\, starting and ending in the Portland area. The July 17th road rally begins at Milwaukie Lowe’s. \n\n\n\nEntry fee: $20 per car for CSCC members (either Driver or Navigator is a CSCC member)$30 per car for non-members   \n\n\n\nSchedule: July 17thFirst car out: 10:01 am First car arrives at the finish (approx.): 1:30 pm Results emailed: after all cars finish  Entry requires a street-legal vehicle\, a licensed and insured driver\, a navigator\, and a smart device (e.g.\, cell phone or tablet) running the Competitor Richta GPS Checkpoints app. \n\n\n\nDay-of-event on-site registration will not be available. Due to the continuing pandemic\, the Saturday Series Rally will be Cascade’s tenth TSsD (Time Speed social Distance) road rally conducted in compliance with the Cascade Geargrinders Coronavirus Message. \n\n\n\nAfter completing online registration by the deadline of midnight\, July 14th\, you will receive an email providing further instructions\, including your car number assignment\, instructions for registering your car number in the Competitor Richta app\, and a link to e-sign the required event insurance waiver. Once you’ve completed these check-in steps\, we’ll email the route instructions on Friday. You’ll need to print them. Friday evening\, there will be a Q & A Zoom meeting. \n\n\n\nOn Saturday morning\, leave the start by your assigned out time. Follow the route instructions to the end. The Rallymasters will email the results after all teams have completed the course. Saturday evening\, there will be a rally debrief Zoom meeting.

SUMMARY:KY: Southern Indiana Ice Cream RoadRally
DESCRIPTION:This is the 4th point rally for SCCA’s Southern Indiana Region. \n\n\n\nIt starts near the Dairy Queen restaurant on HWY 144 on the east side of Owensboro\, KYRegistration is from 12:00 noon – 1:00 PM\, with the first car off after the Driver’s meeting. \n\n\n\nThis is a rally that will use the Richta GPS App. Go to your smartphone store\, find the ‘Richta Competitor’ rally app\, and download it on a connected device. The app will be used to score the event. \n\n\n\nThe entry fee for SCCA members per car\, one driver & one navigator\, is $32The entry fee for a non-SCCA member per car\, one driver & one navigator is $43  \n\n\n\nPre-event registration is required.  We will not be doing registration on-site. Please\, do not bring someone who is not registered! Online registration is through motorsportreg.com. \n\n\n\nNotice to Participants: In light of the current COVID-19 situation\, every attempt will be made to minimize the risks of exposure to the virus. New processes and procedures are being developed and will be implemented for events as we advance.
