SUMMARY:NY: Hollows\, Gulches\, and Hills Rally
DESCRIPTION:Round three of the Finger Lakes Region’s 2024 Winter Rally Series. The Hollows\, Gulches\, and Hills Rally consists of 180 competitive rally miles\, using mostly unpaved roads in the New York Southern Tier. \n\n\n\nEntry fees are $45/car + $15 for Weekend Membership if one team member in the car is not an SCCA member. There is a 30-car limit\, so early registration is recommended (msreg.com/iwr2024).
