DESCRIPTION:Rallymasters Monte and Victoria Saager have laid out a fun cruise in Clark County’s scenic rallyland\, for their Rally by the Numbers Rally. The rally starts in northwest Portland and ends in Brush Prairie\, Washington. The route is about 90 miles long and takes a bit over three hours to complete. It has a little rally puzzle fun\, just enough to tingle your rally brain. The drive is exhilarating\, the puzzles are fun to solve\, and the scenery is spectacular. \n\n\n\nEntry is open to any type of street-legal car. You don’t have to be a club member to enter. And no prior rally experience is needed. Beginners are welcome! \n\n\n\nBring a friend and a car you love to drive\, and join us to play the game that takes you places. \n\n\n\nCascade Sports Car Club’s Road Rally program (aka Cascade Geargrinders) offers beginner-friendly time-speed-distance road rallies\, lasting three to four hours\, starting and ending in the Portland area. Road rally is a game you play while going for a drive in the country. Play the game that takes you places. Season Flyer \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSchedule:Friday\, July 19     Q&A Zoom meeting: 7 PMSaturday\, July 20     First team starts: 10:01 AM      First team arrives at the finish (approx.): 1:30 PM      Winners are announced\, and prizes are awarded soon after the last team finishes     Results emailed: Saturday evening or Sunday  Entry fee:      $25 per team for CSCC members (either driver or navigator is a Cascade member)     $35 per team for non-members  Entry requires a street-legal vehicle\, a licensed and insured driver\, a navigator\, and a smart device (e.g.\, cell phone or tablet) running the Competitor – Richta GPS Checkpoints app (free app). \n\n\n\nThese events are conducted in accordance with Cascade Sports Car Club’s Road Rally Rules. \n\n\n\nOnline registration is required\, and electronic waivers are signed on Motorsportreg.com. Day-of-event on-site registration is not available. The rally finish is in Troutdale\, Oregon. \n\n\n\nAll communication about the rally occurs via email.
