SUMMARY:IL: Tulips by Night RoadRally and Social
DESCRIPTION:Tulips by Night 2026 is an evening Monte-Carlo-style Touring RoadRally and social event of about 60 miles\, with the SCCA St. Louis Region. Rallymaster Jim Heine designed the event with the new/occasional rally team in mind. Expect paved rural Madison County\, Ill.\, roads\, easy-to-follow tulip diagrams for route instructions\, and checkpoint locations identified by official mileages and arrival times. Timing will be in minutes and seconds\, with checkpoint arrival times calculated to whole minutes. After the rally\, stick around to enjoy conversation and hospitality at our finish location. \nStart: Troy Park & Ride \nFinish: Vitale’s Hideaway on historic Route 66 (today\, Illinois 4) outside Staunton\, Ill. Vitale’s Hideaway has been a stop at Route 66 and the “Worden Y” since Route 66 was established in the 1920s. A popular nightspot and dance hall in the 1930s\, today it serves as a neighborhood bar and grill\, one that not long ago was featured on the TV reality show “Bar Rescue.” \nSize of the field: We are limiting the field to 25 teams. \nRegistration: Pre-event registration only at MotorsportReg.com via the link below\, where you will also learn more about the rally\, waivers and information on the Richta GPS Checkpoint app. Entries on a first-come basis. Registration closes Wednesday\, May 27\, at 11:59 p.m. \n\nMay 30 check-in: 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Troy Park & Ride.\nSafety meeting: 6:45 p.m.\nFirst car departs the start: 7:01 p.m.\nFirst car arrives at the finish: approximately 9:00 p.m.\n\nWhat you need: \n\n A vehicle\nA driver and navigator\nA smartphone or tablet with the Richta GPS Competitor App installed (this app\, free from Google Play or Apple’s App Store\, is our timing and scoring system–see timing and scoring note below for more details)\nA clipboard and calculator\, pencils and paper\nA map light or similar device\nA happy inclination to take an evening drive\n\nEntry fee: $20.00 per team for SCCA teams\, $45.00 per team for nonmember teams. An SCCA team is defined as a team in which at least one participant is an SCCA member. The $45.00 team entry fee for a nonmember team includes a $25.00 SCCA Weekend Membership for the team’s “primary entrant\,” i.e.\, the member who pays the entry fee. The other member of a non-SCCA team will receive a one-time free SCCA Trial Membership\, as will any non-SCCA member of an SCCA team. \nGood things to know–timing and scoring: Tulips by Night 2026 is an SCCA RoadRally during which you will be timed at several locations along the rally route. As indicated above\, we will use the Richta Rally GPS Checkpoint System for timing and scoring. To compete\, each participating team must have a smartphone or tablet with active data cellular service (no airplane mode and no wi-fi only devices) with the Richta GPS Competitor App installed. The app will report your arrival time and leg score to your cellphone or tablet moments after you pass each GPS checkpoint location. \nThe SCCA Detroit Region’s rally page has an excellent summary of the Richta system\, especially its GPSCompetitor App. Visit http://drscca.org/rally/using-the-richta-competitor-app. It’s is worth your time. \nMore good things to know: May 30 is a full-moon night. Unless Mother Nature turns against us\, we should have a fun evening for rallying. \nAbout the St. Louis Region\, SCCA: The SCCA’s St. Louis Region\, with some 600 members\, offers Road Racing\, Performance Driving Experience (PDE)\, RallyCross\, RoadRally\, Solo (autocross)\, and Street Survival School programs to educate and provide safe environments for individuals to enjoy their street-legal (daily driver) cars and purpose-built racecars. The region is home to more than 80 national champions and has been recognized four times by the Sports Car Club of America as the Region of the Year in its member category. Their support for our event provides assurance that our event is safe and gives us the ability to continue our road rally for years to come. \nGet a head start.\nA crucial part of this collaboration with the SCCA will be a requirement that all participants complete a temporary SCCA membership form which all drivers and navigators must complete before they can drive in the rally. The forms are provided here\, so you can download\, fill them out\, sign them\, and bring them with you on the morning of the rally. This will allow us to get the rally going on time. \nBring some pencils and a clipboard.\nBring along a friend or friends who can help you answer a few silly questions. Pencils and a clipboard might be a good idea too. Scores will be based solely on correct answers to the aforementioned questions.

SUMMARY:CT: Rally Against Leukemia GTA Charity RoadRally
DESCRIPTION:The Rally Against Leukemia 2026 is a Game-Tour-Adventure (GTA) Rally\, sanctioned by the SCCA New England Region. Teams receive a set of route instructions that will take them from Plainville\, CT\, to Stanley Park in Westfield\, MA and then to the finish at Barrington Brewery and Restaurant in Great Barrington\, MA. Along the route\, teams will answer questions based on signs or landmarks that they pass. Awards will be given to the teams with the most correct answers along with a yet to be determined tie-breaker method. \nTeams are not required to answer the questions. They can simply follow the route and enjoy the drive through Central CT and Western MA. Registration and more event information is available at the Event Registration link below! \nAll proceeds from this event will be donated to the UMASS Medical Center to aid with their childhood leukemia research. Contestants are encouraged to collect additional donations from friends and family. Additional donations may be made in cash\, check\, or and we’ll have an online link\, too! \nBecause this is a charity event\, meant for fun rather than serious competition\, the only limitation to the number of occupants in a vehicle is that the total number of occupants per vehicle cannot exceed the number of seat belts available in the vehicle. Appropriate waivers will need to be completed and signed at registration for all occupants. For teams with more than two adults (over age 18)\, it is suggested that in the spirit of the charity nature of the event that an additional monetary donation be made for each additional adult at registration.

SUMMARY:OH: NEOhio Cleveland Mural RoadRally
DESCRIPTION:Neohio Region of the Sports Car Club of America (Neohio SCCA) invites you to explore a facet of Cleveland’s vibrant public art scene on a self-guided automotive tour of the city’s murals on the Cleveland Mural RoadRally. This event runs as a fundraiser for Slow Roll Cleveland\, a volunteer led organization focused on community engagement through its weekly group bicycle rides. \nAs Clevelanders\, we are fortunate to live in a city that appreciates the arts. One undervalued form of expression is public murals — those large scale artworks painted on exterior walls\, transforming ordinary buildings into vibrant visual landmarks. These murals combine color\, imagery\, and storytelling to reflect the culture\, history\, and identity of our community. The Cleveland Mural Rally is a tour that exposes you to these ‘hidden-in-plain-sight’ gems that adorn our city. \nNeOhio Region of the Sports Car Club of America (Neohio SCCA): Your local home for hands-on “fun with cars” (Road rallies\, Auto-X\, Time Trials\, Rally-X\, Club Racing\, Street Survival Teen Driving Seminars\, etc. neohioscca.com).\nGraffiti HeArt: A vibrant collective empowering street artists (graffitiheart.org)\nSlow Roll Cleveland: Organizers of weekly\, family-friendly\, urban group bicycle rides (slowrollcleveland.org) \nEntry Fee: $25.00 per car. You must register in advance\, and entry will close on July 30th. See the link below for more details on the event and to register your team! \nHow It Works: \n\nThe Team: Each team consists of\, at least\, a driver and a navigator. Additional passengers are welcome!\nThe Mission: Visit as many of Cleveland’s 150+ “hidden-in-plain-sight” murals as possible within a 150-minute time “window”.\nYour Route: All teams will depart at the same time\, and choose their own routes and pace (while observing all applicable traffic laws!). Mural locations are shown on a provided Google Map ( https://tinyurl.com/MuralRally2026 ).\nThe Tracker: All scoring  will be done with a smart phone “app” that automatically logs a team’s arrival at a mural when it passes within a 25 meter radius. Download the free GPS Checkpoint Rally App (advcannonball.com/app).\nThe Photos: Take “selfie” photos with your team and the murals\, then upload them to our shared Google Photos Album. https://tinyurl.com/Mural-Rally-Photos\n\nScoring & Prizes: \n\n+1 Point: For every ‘standard’ mural visited.\n+2 Points: Per designated “special” mural visited.\n+5 Points: For murals located farthest from the start location.\n+10 Points: For visiting Graffiti HeArt and voting for your favorite artwork.\n+5 Points: For uploading a team “selfie” to a group photo album.\n-1 Point per Minute: Penalty for returning after the 150-minute time limit.\n\nAwards will be presented to the teams that accumulate the most points.

SUMMARY:TX: The Horse Country Challenge Shortest Distance Map RoadRally\, Cross Roads
DESCRIPTION:The Texas Region of the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) invites you to a fun drive in the country in Denton County\, Texas. All are welcome and no prior rally experience is required. We give you a map with several waypoints and you visit these specific locations on the map. With this year’s theme\, locations to be visited are in Denton County horse country. Plot your thriftiest rural trail! \nYou determine your route and drive to each location\, which will be verified by the Richta GPS smartphone app. The team who visits all the required landmarks in the shortest distance will win\, and the winners will receive awards. A trail driver’s version of the traveling salesman problem! It is not a speed or racing contest. Scores are automatically reported to the Rallymaster John Poulos. No score sheet to fill out. As we did last year\, we will encourage all contestants to download and use a GPS-based odometer app\, as a way to ensure consistency of mileage measurements across all entrants\, instead of our usual pre-rally odometer calibration check. We will send you information on these apps and procedures for their use after you pre-register. \nIf you’re new to road rally and/or still deciding whether to sign up\, we plan to conduct a brief Rally School via Zoom (August 9th) to help prepare for the rally (for details and to pre-register for the School\, go to  https://msreg.com/DMR26RSmsr). For those who can’t join the live session\, we will post a YouTube video recording of the session. \n\nRally Day: Saturday\, August 15\, 2026. See the registration link below to enter your team and learn more about the rally details for The Horse Country Challenge.\nRegistration and Starting Place: Prairie House Restaurant\, registration opens at 9:45 AM. You will receive your maps and instructions for locating seventeen or so locations in Denton county that you must visit.\nTake 30 minutes to determine your route from maps provided. No GPS/electronic aids permitted here.\nCars leave the official start whenever you are ready\, in any order (but at 1-minute intervals). First car out about 10:30 am. Length: as short as you can make it in miles\, probably about 3½ hours in time\nRally type: Shortest-distance map rally. SCCA calls this a GTA (Games\, Tours\, Adventures) rally.\nRoute: You choose your route from maps provided. You may use any public road you wish in your attempt to log the shortest distance on your odometer. Depending on your chosen route\, you may encounter short stretches of unpaved road\, though we think that the shortest-distance route will be all paved.\nClasses: First-timer\, Novice (3 rally trophies or less)\, General\, and Master (this is an optional class: no trophies). GPS and other electronic aids welcome in any class once you’re on the road.\nAt least two people (a Driver and a Navigator) are required in each car; contact roadrally@texasscca.com  if you have a minor child (<18) in the car\, as a form will need to be signed.\nVehicles: Sports Cars\, Family Cars\, Classic Cars\, Antiques\, Hot Rods\, Cruisers\, Convertibles\, anything with 4 (or even 3) wheels that’s street legal is OK in this Rally. Note: speed is not a factor.\nRally entry fee (per vehicle): $45.00; regular SCCA Members: $15.00 discount. A $5.00 late fee will be assessed to anyone not preregistered on MotorsportReg.com.

SUMMARY:FL: Around Again Road Rally\, Macclenny
DESCRIPTION:We are excited to announce our latest road rally for the 2026 Buccaneer Region SCCA Road Rally Championship! So far in our series\, the rally route instructions have contained street names\, increment mileage\, and CASTs for every instruction and have been classified as a Tour-style rally. This time we’re changing it up and introducing participants to the concepts of Main Road (a.k.a. Principal Road) style instructions with a Course-style TSD (Time-Speed-Distance). Instead of having street names and speeds for every turn\, you’ll have instructions that will read “Left at 4th opportunity.” For more information on main road rallies and what they entail\, review Article 22 and Article 23 of the 2026 SCCA NRRRs: https://www.scca.com/downloads/78459-2026-scca-roadrally-rulebook/download. \nEach car will drive on paved public roads using a set of predefined route instructions through various checkpoints using the Richta GPS Checkpoints Road Rally mobile application. Participants will be scored based on their arrival time at each of the defined checkpoints. We will start at Burger King\, where cars will depart 1 minute apart. The finish will be Sixth Street Steakhouse\, also in Macclenny\, where scoring\, awards\, and lunch will be available (you are responsible for purchasing your own food\, we encourage everyone to eat and support the location). \nAny car is allowed\, such that it meets all Florida state laws and is insured to meet the state’s minimum requirements. A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance will be required at on-site registration. Each car is allowed as many people as there are seatbelts in the vehicle\, but each car is required to have at least 2 people\, a driver and a navigator. Drivers without a navigator will not be allowed to participate. There will be a starting location\, five (5) unmanned checkpoints\, followed by a sixth checkpoint at the finishing location. Team numbers will be assigned but the starting order will be determined at random. \nRegistration Fee: $25 for SCCA members\, $50 for non-SCCA members (includes required Weekend Membership). Classes will be Stock\, Limited\, and SOP. You can learn more about the classes and event details at the event website shown below.\nEstimated Duration: 93 miles\, 2-2.5hrs in duration\, breaks are allowed along the way at your leisure.\nRequired Equipment: Dedicated smart phone with Richta Competitor mobile app\, cannot be used while the rally is active. Download at https://richtarally.com/\nRecommended Equipment: Clipboard\, pencils/pens\, highlighters\, stopwatches (smartphone ok)\, calculator\, secondary (and/or 3rd) smartphone \n

SUMMARY:OH: Triple Nickle Trek RoadRally\, Zanesville
DESCRIPTION:The SCCA Western Ohio Region’s next rally will be a lead/follow tour rally through one of Ohio’s best roads for sports cars and motorcycles\, the Triple Nickel or Route 555.  Sometimes called Ohio’s Tail of the Dragon\, and frequently used by Car and Driver for road tests and articles\, 63 miles of curves and elevation changes! \nThe route is straight-forward\, just follow signs for Route 555 even when you come to any intersections. One person should be able to follow the route (I managed on my own)\, but feel free to bring as many as you wish. If it looks like the group is spreading out\, we might try to find spots to let everyone catch up\, but I don’t want to bunch up the group and have anyone miss out on the fun. \nRegistration is $20 for all entrants per vehicle\, and you can registration via the link below\, where you’ll also find more details about the day. Saturday’s schedule will begin at 10AM at the Amrou Grotto\, with a safety and route instruction meeting at 1030AM. Lunch will be at the Triple Nickle Dinner\, before stops at covered bridges along the route. \nPS: Yes\, this is the rally that was scheduled in June\, just in case you were wondering! \n

SUMMARY:MI: Press On Regardless National Tour\, Gaylord
DESCRIPTION:You are invited to join the SCCA Detroit Region for two 230-mile brisk time-speed-distance\, National Tour RoadRally(s) in Michigan’s Lower Peninsula with a separate sanction for each day. Many historic\, challenging\, and fun roads from the 1960’s and early 70’s Press On Regardless® aka POR will be used. The Richta GPS Checkpoint app will be used for timing. During the rally\, when each car reaches a checkpoint\, the contestant’s device will signal a checkpoint has been reached. The device will then display your time and score (early or late). Your total score for the rally to that point will also be displayed. The cumulative score from both days will determine the overall winner of the 2026 POR. You can expect around 100 checkpoints each day. \nFirst run in 1949\, POR is the oldest continuously run rally in North America. These straightforward (absolutely no traps) Tour RoadRally(s) will use a mix of unpaved (80%) and paved (20%) roads varying from smooth fast gravel roads to tight and technical single lane roads. While not a car breaker\, vehicles with low ground clearance are not recommended. Liberal use of free zones and pauses help you navigate through any rough areas on the route. \nPre-registration is required and closes on Tuesday September 8 at 9:00 PM EST. \n\n30 car limit for each day.\nFriday Press On Regardless\, September 11\, 2026: SCCA member\, $100 per car.\nSaturday Press On Regardless\, September 12\, 2026: SCCA member\, $110 per car.\nNon-members must purchase a Weekend Membership. The cost is $25 per person.\nFree T-Shirts will be provided to competitors that register before August 12\, 2026. Please provide the shirt size for both entrants.\nNovices welcome and encouraged\nPoints toward Detroit Region\, Great Lakes Division SCCA\, and the SCCA National RR Championship\n\nContestants will be asked to enter in one of the following Classes\, as determined by the distance measurement and calculating devices that will be used: \n\nE – Equipment unrestricted.\nG – GPS-derived odometer integrated with any calculating device such as a rally “app” or rally computer.\nL – Odometer unrestricted (including GPS) and calculating device restricted only in that it may not be integrated with the odometer.\nS – Unmodified stock odometer only.  Calculating device restricted only in that it may not be integrated with the odometer and clock.\nNovice – Same as Class S where the combined TSD rallies between team members is less than 6.\nV- Vintage class for vehicles 25 years or older will run concurrently with any of the other classes for a separate Trophy. Scoring will use a factor (weighted) based on the class entered to “level” the playing field.\n\nHeadquarters Hotel: \n\nBaymont by Wyndham of Gaylord A block of rooms with 2 queen beds for Friday and Saturday night will be held until August 12\, 2026\, at a special rate of $129/night plus tax. Specify “Press on Regardless” to receive this rate. This rate also applies for Thursday\, September 10.\n\nTentative schedule: \n\nFPOR (Friday). Car #1 starts FPOR at 3:01 PM and Car #1 finishes at ~ 11:30 PM.\nSPOR (Saturday). Car #1 starts SPOR at 1:01 PM and Car #1 finishes at ~ 10:30 PM.\nAwards for both days and overall POR will be presented on Saturday after the finish of SPOR at The Landing Zone (same place as last year).\n\nThe route for each day will start and finish in Gaylord and stay in the Lower Peninsula. \nFPOR will travel east toward the Millersburg area using some new roads to avoid the water holes we encountered last year. \nSPOR will travel southeast toward Mio\, Glennie\, and Luzerne using roads we haven’t used since 2022/2023\, and even some from the 2010’s. \nWant further information on Press On Regardless®?
