DESCRIPTION:The Copperstate 1000 is one of the premier vintage car road rallies in North America. The Men’s Arts Council (MAC) created the event in 1990 as a fundraiser for Phoenix Art Museum\, and this event continues to set the benchmark for excellence. The finest vintage automobiles in the world have graced the scenic highways of Arizona during this annual four-day event.\nThis annual event celebrates the automotive cultural legacy by featuring some of the finest working examples of vintage\, sports\, racing\, classic\, and grand touring automobiles manufactured before the 1974 model year. \nEach year\, a new route covers 1\,000 miles of beautiful desert terrain\, verdant river valley\, and alpine landscape throughout Arizona and beyond. Approximately 80 qualifying vintage automobiles with drivers and co-drivers from all over the United States\, Canada\, Mexico\, and Europe. The relationships that are made during these rallies often develop into lifelong friendships. Many participants return year after year. \nThe collector car hobby continues to thrive into a lifestyle as more collectors are driving and enjoying their vintage automobiles. The Bell Lexus North Scottsdale Copperstate 1000 epitomizes such a lifestyle event. It allows participants to enjoy four fully catered days of glorious driving with fellow enthusiasts while having only the sheer exhilaration of the open road to contend with as all the details have been handled by our more than capable staff – from luxury accommodations to fully catered meals\, parking lot hospitality parties and a U-Haul sponsored luggage truck\, the MAC crew thinks of everything. SUMMARY:MA: New England Cape Codders Old Timers Regional GTA Rally
DESCRIPTION:The Cape Codders Courageous aka 44th Old Timers’ Rally is a “scavenger hunt” of Cape Cod and a low-pressure event. You will be supplied with a map and clues to locations all over the Cape. The object is to determine from the clues where these locations are on the map\, plan the shortest route to those locations\, once at the location\, answer the question(s)\, and do so driving the fewest miles possible. \nEach two person team chooses its own pace. The distance traveled will be at least 120 miles. Above all it is hoped that you will have FUN and maybe learn some things about the Cape. \nRegistration begins Friday evening 730-9P and will resume Saturday morning 730-930AM. \n\n\n\n\nEntry Fees are $45.00 for SCCA members and past Old Timers’ Rally participants\, if received by March 30\, 2018. (Note: NO entries the day of the rally) and $60.00 for non-SCCA members\, non-past participants\, and all late\nentries. Please allow enough time for us to receive entries no later than April 5th as we will not have access to postal mail after that date. No electronic entries signatures are required. \n\n\n\n\nAlso\, remember this is a low-tech event. Use of GPS\, computers and other Internet connectable devices (PDAs\, Smartphones\, Tablets\, etc.) to locate or answer questions OR to plot the shortest route between questions is NOT allowed. \n\n\n\n\nRooms for both Friday and Saturday nights are being held at the Holiday Inn Hyannis\, Hyannis\, MA\, 02601\, until March 23\, 2018. The rate is $105.00 per night (plus taxes)\, when you mention the SCCA Old Timers’ Rally. DESCRIPTION:The Sports Car Club of America’s Milwaukee Region invites you to join us for the Mifflin Memorial Rallye\, our first time-speed-distance road rallye of 2018. The name honors the legacy of the Mifflin Street Block Party.\nExperience Spring in full bloom along this 80-mile route through Dane County’s most scenic roads that are great fun to drive. \nTulip instructions with Car Zero times using only paved roads make for a fun\, easy to follow rally course. \nCheck-in opens at 10A\, with the first car out at 1131A. The first car should finish about 3PM. Cost is $10 per person\, with a minimum of two people per car required\, yet you may have up to four people per car.
