SUMMARY:CA: First Friday Niter Social Rally
DESCRIPTION:Registration is open from 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. A Beginners Meeting (an introduction for newcomers) will be held at 7:45 p.m. First car starts at 8:01 p.m.; cars leave at 1-minute intervals. \nWe start from the rear parking lot of the Bank of America\, on Devonshire Street\, just east of Sepulveda Blvd\, Mission Hills. \nEntry fees are $15 per team of Driver and Navigator\, both of which must be SCCA Members. A free Weekend Membership is available for non-SCCA Members. \nThe rally is designed to be completed in about two hours and covers 50-75 miles.

SUMMARY:MI: Son of Sno*Drift XVIII
DESCRIPTION:Son of Sno*Drift Road Rally is intended to be a winter rally. As such\, it is hoped that the challenges of winter driving will be a part of the fun. Son of Sno*Drift is a straightforward Time\, Speed\, Distance (TSD) Road Rally with simple instructions and no traps. NOVICES Welcome! \n\n\n\nRoads used on Son of Sno*Drift will be primarily unpaved and run within Livingston\, Washtenaw and Jackson counties. Total distance will be approximately 175 miles with two breaks. Mileages will be provided with each instruction\, which will be by tulip diagram and written description. \n\n\n\nWith very few exceptions\, this rally will run to the SCCA tour rally rules. DESCRIPTION:Join the fun history scavenger hunt in Willis on January 23 from 1pm to 5pm. The annual History Road Rally encourages family and friends to learn more about the history of Montgomery County. The event will be held at the North Montgomery County Community Center at 600 Gerald Street in Willis–Rain or Shine!\nRegistration in advance by contacting Sue Ann Powell at 936-525-7311 or Larry Foerster at 936-537-9070. Pre-registration per team is $30 and registration at the door from 12 to 1pm is $40.  Trophies and gifts to the top 3 scoring teams by our sponsor–Gullo Ford-Toyota-Mazda.  Complimentary pizza and drinks for all participants.  Each team member receives a souvenir “History Road Warrior” button.
