Then the car rally will begin! \nEach car will be given a set of directions taking some back roads to find another set of directions. Cars will leave at about 5 minute intervals. The second set of directions will eventually lead to a wonderful place\, where we will be welcomed and spend some time together. DESCRIPTION:The Champaign County Sports Car Club is trying another combination Adventure and TSD road rally. Rallyists can participate in an Adventure Class where the emphasis is to follow the course and answer questions. If you want you can participate in both the Adventure Class and a normal timed class.\nWith over 50 miles of rally\, some crazy new stuff\, and only concrete and asphalt roads there is plenty to keep everyone smiling. Bring your buddy\, bring your friend\, bring your date\, or bring anyone else you can grab ahold of and come on out to join in on the fun. If you can’t recruit a buddy\, etc. just come alone and team up with someone during registration. \nPlease study the rally’s General Instructions before coming if you can. Long time rallyists will note many differences from standard generals. My hope is that the changes will give first time rallyists much of the ‘insider’ knowledge that long time rallyists have (unfairly) taken advantage of in the past. I also hope that the process of running the rally works out to be either easier or about the same as it always has in spite of the changes. \nAt 9:15am I will conduct a ‘read through’ of the generals to explain them to everyone. DESCRIPTION:The ARC of Buffalo County Road Rally is designed as an easy\, fun\, family or friends event. It is just like a scavenger hunt but on wheels! There can be between 2-4 people on each team.\nInstructions\, and locations are given to you at the start line. Go to all of the locations on your sheet\, complete the challenges\, take a group photo or video\, and try to be the first one back! Every team must have a camera or phone that they can use to take a picture or video of the team completing each challenge.  \nThe Road Rally will be held Sunday\, April 12th. Registration will open at 12:00pm. The first car will leave at 2 pm from the Viaero Event Center. \nThe registration fee is $30.00 per team for pre-registration or $40.00 per team for day of registration. You may pay on the day of the race with cash\, check\, or credit card or you can send cash or check to The Arc office at 4511 6th Ave Ste. 204 Kearney\, NE 68845. Prizes are awarded to the top 3 teams which include $300 to the first place finisher\, $200 for second\, and $100 for third. All team members must travel to all locations together. It employs tulip diagrams for route instructions and is designed as an enjoyable excursion of about 70 miles. SUMMARY:MI: 3rd Annual Northwood Road Rally
DESCRIPTION:The 3rd Annual Northwood Road Rally \n\n\n\nIt’s that time of year again! Come join us for an evening filled with fun! Form your own team (up to as many people as can legally fit in your vehicle) and work together to solve clues while driving around the area. The final clue will lead you to a dinner reception where points will be tallied and prizes will be awarded! \n\n\n\n$25 CASH per person (adults only) and 1 person on each team must be a Northwood parent or staff member. \nRegistration forms were sent home before Spring Break and are also available off our Facebook page. Please give payment and form to either Cae Soma\, Kelly LaBarge\, or Karen Lynch at pick up\, or drop off at The Dalziel House- 1905 Northwood Blvd. (mail slot).\n\nDeadline to register is April 28th. DESCRIPTION:Our annual Children’s Book Run Road Rally\, a charity rally will help a hospitalized child have a happier time while in hospital\, and give you a fun drive in the country. Course following will be easy\, but some signs and other fun tasks for a score will be a challenge.  No calculator or maps required! \n\nRegistration/Check-In:  9:30 – 10:30 am on Rally Day\nSafety Briefing:  10:35 am\nStarting Time\, First Car: 11:00 am plus your car number\nFinish Time\, First Car:  2:00 pm\, estimated at Campisi’s Restaurant\, 2115 Summer Lee Dr\, Suite 105\, Rockwall\, 75087\nRoute:  Mostly rural roads\nVehicles:  Sports Cars\, family sedans\, anything with 4 wheels that’s street legal\nRally Fee: $25.00  /  SCCA Members: $20.00  /  $5 late fee if not preregistered here.\nEach person in the car should bring a new children’s book as a donation. These will all be delivered to Scottish Rite Hospital for distribution before Christmas.\nAwards:  First Timers\, Novices\, and General Class\, best Toyota\nMaster Class for those who don’t want any more trophies\nContact rally@texasscca.org if you will have a minor child (<18) in the car\, as a form will need to be signed.\n\nWe will send the ‘General Instructions’ to those who pre-register\, usually on Monday before the event. Come and find out what all the fun is about! SUMMARY:MA: New England Cape Codders Old Timers Regional GTA Rally
DESCRIPTION:The Cape Codders Courageous aka 44th Old Timers’ Rally is a “scavenger hunt” of Cape Cod and a low-pressure event. You will be supplied with a map and clues to locations all over the Cape. The object is to determine from the clues where these locations are on the map\, plan the shortest route to those locations\, once at the location\, answer the question(s)\, and do so driving the fewest miles possible. \nEach two person team chooses its own pace. The distance traveled will be at least 120 miles. Above all it is hoped that you will have FUN and maybe learn some things about the Cape. \nRegistration begins Friday evening 730-9P and will resume Saturday morning 730-930AM. \n\n\n\n\nEntry Fees are $45.00 for SCCA members and past Old Timers’ Rally participants\, if received by March 30\, 2018. (Note: NO entries the day of the rally) and $60.00 for non-SCCA members\, non-past participants\, and all late\nentries. Please allow enough time for us to receive entries no later than April 5th as we will not have access to postal mail after that date. No electronic entries signatures are required. \n\n\n\n\nAlso\, remember this is a low-tech event. Use of GPS\, computers and other Internet connectable devices (PDAs\, Smartphones\, Tablets\, etc.) to locate or answer questions OR to plot the shortest route between questions is NOT allowed. \n\n\n\n\nRooms for both Friday and Saturday nights are being held at the Holiday Inn Hyannis\, Hyannis\, MA\, 02601\, until March 23\, 2018. The rate is $105.00 per night (plus taxes)\, when you mention the SCCA Old Timers’ Rally.
