MN: Black Friday RoadRally

The Land O’ Lakes Black Friday Road Rally is run mostly in Scott County, meaning lots of unpaved roads. Driving lights are nice but not really needed. The route consists of many of the Minnesota Valley Winter Rally roads used when that was a longer rally. This one will be under 90 miles.
