CA: First Friday Niter Social RoadRally

The First Friday Niter Series has a long history with the Santa Monica Sports Car Club, a Chapter of the SCCA California Sports Car Club.

Registration opens at 7 PM, with a Beginner/Richta App meeting at 740 PM. The first car is out at 801 PM. The entry is $25, with a $10 discount if either the Driver or Navigator is an SCCA Member. Should you run the FFNs regularly, this becomes an excellent reason to join the SCCA and other discounts available from National.

We are still practicing COVID-19 restrictions – primarily wearing masks and social distancing. We continue to use the Richta Competitor GPS app for checkpoints, so no manned checkpoints or control cards to pass in and out of the car; there’s a new version, 1.20, that should automatically update on your phone when you log in. Each checkpoint sign will be clearly shown in the instructions, so no guesswork will be needed.
