AZ: Arizona Border Great Canyon National Tour
March 6, 2022 @ 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The SCCA Arizona Border Region will be sanctioning the Desert Sands National Course Rally and the Great Canyon National Tour Rally over the March 5-6, 2022 Weekend.
The rally will be based out of Tucson, with the Hampton Inn as the host hotel Friday and Sunday evenings and the Holiday Inn Express, Nogales, AZ, on Saturday evening.
Desert Sands National Course Rally on Saturday will run from Tucson to Nogales. The course will run on both paved and unpaved roads and will provide a challenge for experienced rallyists.
The Great Canyon National Tour Rally will run from Nogales back to Tucson on Sunday. It will feature a rally course that showcases southern Arizona’s spectacular scenery.

Group block name: “SCCA rally.” Rates: Friday night – $129. Sunday night: $109.
Saturday night: Holiday Inn Express, 850 West Shell Rd, Nogales, AZ. (520-281-0123) Group block name: “SCCA rally.” Rates: Saturday night – $94.

Schedule: Friday, March 4: 5 PM to 8 PM – Registration at Hampton Inn, Tucson.
Saturday, March 5: 1st car starts Desert Sands at 8:31 AM and finishes at ~ 5:00 PM
Sunday, March 6: 1st car starts Great Canyon at 8:31 AM and finishes at ~ ??? PM
