AZ: Arizona Border Desert Sands National Course Rally
March 5, 2022 @ 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The SCCA Arizona Border Region will be sanctioning the Desert Sands National Course Rally and the Great Canyon National Tour Rally over the March 5-6, 2022 Weekend.
Desert Sands National Course Rally on Saturday will run from Tucson to Nogales. The course will run on both paved and unpaved roads and will provide a challenge for experienced rallyists.
Great Canyon National Tour Rally on Sunday will run from Nogales back to Tucson. It will feature a rally course that showcases southern Arizona’s spectacular scenery.

Friday and Sunday nights: Hampton Inn, 6971 South Tucson Blvd, Tucson, AZ. (520-889-4002)
Group block name: “SCCA rally”. Rates: Friday night – $129. Sunday night: $109.
Saturday night: Holiday Inn Express, 850 West Shell Rd, Nogales, AZ. (520-281-0123) Group block name: “SCCA rally”. Rates: Saturday night – $94.

Schedule: Friday, March 4: 5 PM to 8 PM – Registration at Hampton Inn, Tucson.
Saturday, March 5: 1st car starts Desert Sands at 8:31 AM and finishes at ~ 5:00 PM
Sunday, March 6 1st car starts Great Canyon at 8:31 AM and finishes at ~ ??? PM
