CA: Cal Club First Friday Niter Social Roadrally

Tulips, Checkpoints, and No Traps, Oh My! Join us on June 7th for the June First Friday Niter, sanctioned by the SCCA, Cal Club Region, and the Santa Monica Sports Car Club! Once again, Rallymaster Jeanne English is bringing you a tulip diagram rally with NO traps and lots of checkpoints. It runs in the Santa Clarita foothills and finishes at Topper’s Pizza Place, 18417 Soledad Canyon Rd, Santa Clarita, 661-222-7888 (at Soledad Cyn and Sierra Hwy).
This rally uses the Richta GPS Competitor app for timing and scoring, with timing in seconds. This month’s maximum penalty is 60 seconds (1 minute) per leg. The app is FREE and easy to use on any GPS-enabled smartphone. Go to the App Store, Google Play Store, or https://richtarally.com/. There is no need for additional timing equipment or clocks – your Official Time shows in the app!

Please try to register online here on MotorSportReg. If that doesn’t work for you, you can still register in person at the start. We start at the Bank of America rear lot; in-person registration opens at 7:00 PM, with the first car out at 8:01 PM; there is a beginner/Richta meeting at 7:40 PM. We’ll head out to the backroads of the Angeles National Forest before finishing at the Toppers Pizza at Sierra and Soledad in Santa Clarita.
