When life has not given you enough challenges, grab your rally partner and come on out to You Dirty Rat, a road rally guaranteed to provide you both enjoyment and education in the rules of the game! The annual Alfa Romeo Owners of Oregon event takes place each fall and runs in Portland, Oregon.
